From collected Sweeps Chips to a prize request
Sweeps Chips must be played at least once unless the promotion sets a different requirement. Carnival Citi may also require a correct trivia answer or another skill-game result before the balance qualifies for a prize.
The prize balance must reach 100,000 eligible Sweeps Chips. Because Carnival Citi uses 1,000 Sweeps Chips for each $1, that threshold equals $100.
Verification and destination
Carnival Citi may request identity and payment documents before fulfilling a prize. The destination account should belong to the player and ordinarily match the method used to buy Coins, unless the platform permits another owned bank account.
The rules allow payments to be divided into increments of no more than $2,000. This is separate from the $10,000 daily and $25,000 weekly ceilings.
Timing is not published
Carnival Citi’s current public Terms and Promo Rules do not promise a standard number of business days. The status is available through the Redeem area, and fulfillment is communicated by email.
