Clubs Casino excludes California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia under its current Sweepstakes Rules.
Clubs Casino applies the same list to certain games and services under its Terms and excludes every jurisdiction outside the United States. Access in another state is not a guarantee that every title, promotion or redemption route is available there.
Age and account eligibility
Players must be at least 18 or the higher legal age of majority where they are physically located. KHK employees, specified related parties and their immediate families or household members are ineligible.
Clubs Casino permits one account per person. Registration details must be accurate, the payment method must belong to the account holder and the name must match identity documents used for verification.
New York appears in a contradictory limit
The Sweepstakes Rules exclude New York, but their prize section also applies a $5,000 monthly maximum to Florida and New York. The New York reference does not override the eligibility exclusion. It is a drafting conflict, not permission to participate from New York.
