What a package provides
Clubs Casino sells licensed Gold Coins for entertainment play. A specifically marked package can include free SC, but the Sweepstakes Rules state that SC cannot be purchased under any circumstances.

Payment ownership and billing
The payment method must belong to the account holder, and its name must match the KHK account. Clubs Casino can suspend the account, void purchases or adjust balances when the names differ.
Purchases appear as “Clubs” on the statement. KHK sends an on-screen confirmation and an email confirmation after a transaction.
Final sales and chargebacks
Purchases are generally final and non-refundable. A chargeback can suspend the account and create a debt KHK says must be repaid through another payment method.
The Terms also allow KHK or its payment agents to store payment credentials for future purchases. Use the account’s payment controls and preserve receipts rather than relying only on a balance display.
Dormancy can remove coin balances
Virtual Coins automatically expire after 90 consecutive days without gameplay using Virtual Coins. The account itself can be closed after 365 days of inactivity, potentially without notice.
Those are different clocks. A balance can expire before KHK reaches the separate account-closure threshold.
