Purchase limits

Clubs Casino’s current Responsible Gameplay policy lets players request daily, weekly or monthly GC purchase limits through support. Decreases take effect immediately, while an increase is rejected during the selected limit period.

The policy sets default monthly purchase limits of $2,000 for unverified accounts and $10,000 for verified accounts. A player can also ban purchases for a selected duration.

Daily play limits

Players can limit the total time spent playing each day. Once the limit is reached, Clubs Casino logs the account out until the next day. A player already in a tournament or ring game moves to sit-out status before logout.

Self-exclusion

Temporary self-exclusion blocks login and marketing communications for the selected period. Permanent self-exclusion is available and is verified by support.

The policy also lets KHK activate protective measures unilaterally when it considers them necessary. That discretion can be useful for harm prevention but should not replace a player-requested limit.

Funding checks

KHK can use source-of-wealth checks to assess whether GC purchases appear affordable and source-of-funds checks to assess whether payment funds come from a legitimate source.

These checks are account-safety and risk controls. They do not establish that a purchase is affordable or that SC play will produce a prize.
