What Clubs Casino can request
The Sweepstakes Rules allow KHK to request government-issued photo identification, proof of address, Social Security number validation and biometric facial recognition before approving a prize.
The Terms also permit credit, identity and location checks and can request source-of-funds or source-of-wealth documents such as a bank statement or payslip. Access can remain restricted until KHK is satisfied.
Verification begins before redemption
Mobile verification is required before Sweeps mode, purchases or free-SC requests. Daily SC becomes available only after the account has been verified to KHK’s satisfaction.
Postal SC is also subject to account verification. The request must be mailed from the same state as the verified residence and use a code generated by that account.
Biometric data
The Privacy Policy describes identity vendors that can process a selfie and government ID to create facial measurements or a faceprint. It says biometric data is deleted no later than three years after the last interaction with the vendor.
That is a maximum retention statement, not a promise that every identity document is erased on the same schedule.
