From collected SC to qualifying SC
SC collected through a bonus, daily claim, giveaway or postal route must be played at least once. Only SC won through gameplay becomes eligible toward a prize request.
KHK can increase playthrough above one time, up to 20 times. The account screen or promotion terms should identify any higher requirement before play.
The current minimum is missing
Clubs Casino does not state a minimum prize amount in its June 2026 Rules. An older welcome offer identifies 100 redeemable SC as the minimum, but that page was last modified in November 2024.
Casino Context therefore does not treat 100 SC as a verified June 2026 minimum. The authenticated redemption screen must supply the current threshold and available method.
Timing, frequency and fees
Clubs Casino allows up to 30 days to process a redeemed prize and warns that identity checks can cause delays. Prizes of $500 or more may take longer and may be divided into more than one equivalent sum.
KHK ordinarily processes one request per account in any five-day period. It can choose to process more, can charge handling or payment-processing fees and can refund purchases instead of processing a prize at its discretion.
Florida maximum and New York conflict
The Rules cap a participant at $5,000 per monthly Sweepstakes Entry Period in Florida and New York, with excess deferred to the next period. New York is separately excluded from eligibility, so only the Florida application can be read coherently from the current documents.
